How long does a photoshoot take?

It depends on the package ordered! But you can expect me to be finished in under an hour if its just photos. Virtual tours will add 20 minutes on site. Any custom packages will have an adjusted time frame.

Is there anything I need to do before the appointment?

Before the photoshoot, I ask that you straighten up the home as best as you can, removing small items from tables and counters, putting up dishes etc. Make sure all lights are on and all blinds are pulled open, as this makes the room as bright as possible. Make sure there are no cars parked in the driveway, and take down any flags outside (flags move a lot and are hard to fix in post!)

What should I do during the photoshoot?

Upon arrival, all I ask is that we take a quick walk through of the home so I can create a mental plan for what I want to do. And then simply make sure every room is free of people and pets and that all lights and blinds are open. I may ask to move small items around if needed.

What if the weather is cloudy or rainy?

Unfortunately, Florida weather is unpredictable and it could rain on us any time. If this happens, there are a few things we could do. If its raining at the start of the session, I will photograph the interior of the home first, and then photograph the exterior afterwards, if the rain has stopped.

If it is just drizzling, I will simply hold an umbrella while photographing the exteriors and shoot the house as normal. If the rain is too heavy and doesn’t let up, we would have to reschedule. Any rescheduling due to bad weather will be free of charge.

Do you have a blue sky guarantee?

Yes! I will edit in a blue sky with any exterior photos that need it, free of charge!

Do you offer virtual tours?

Yes! I offer Zillow 3D Home tours. I do NOT offer Matterport tours at this time.

Do you offer aerial photography?

No, at this time I do NOT offer aerials. However aerial photography is coming soon!

Do you photograph commercial properties?

Yes, commercial properties require a custom package. You can visit the contact page to get in touch and set up a commercial shoot.
